New menu, new drinks, same unbeatable summer vibe in Méribel Village
The new summer menu has arrived at La Terrasse du Village — and it’s bursting with colour, creativity, and seasonal flavour.
Chef Tom and the team have taken inspiration from the sunny Alps and global flair to bring you dishes that are light, vibrant, and deeply satisfying. Whether you’re craving comforting textures, bold spices, or something totally unexpected, this year’s menu has something to surprise every guest.
Take our vegetarian Scotch egg — a soft-boiled egg encased in a crisp shell of pea and broad bean purée, served with teriyaki sauce and Asian pickles. It’s a brilliant twist on a British pub classic, with a summery, plant-based upgrade. Seafood lovers will fall for our prawn and monkfish ravioli, perfectly complemented by saffron beurre blanc. And for something fresh and indulgent, our burrata with tomato consommé and basil sorbet is a celebration of summer on a plate.
Of course, some things never change — our famous Fondue Savoyarde still has its place on the menu. But you’ll now find it sitting proudly next to new seasonal mains like pan-fried sea bream with lemon chive beurre blanc, or our wildly popular Broccoli Gnocchi with romesco sauce and crispy spiced pearl barley – a hit with vegetarians and flexitarians alike.
And just wait until dessert. We’ve added a rhubarb and custard tart, a decadent almond brownie sundae, and a show-stopping white chocolate & strawberry iced bombe, topped with raspberry glaze and melt-in-your-mouth meringue.
For something refreshing in the sun, try our new non-alcoholic cocktails:
-
Blueberry Bliss – with lavender and lime
-
Basil & Co – featuring homemade basil syrup and almond
-
Peach Princess – like sunshine in a glass, with peach, citrus and bubbles
We’re also pouring our new rosé sangria by the jug – fruity, fresh, and perfect for sharing in the sunshine.
And if you’re joining us between 3pm and 6pm when the kitchen is closed, we now offer a new Grignotage menu with regional snacks and lighter bites like Sardinian tinned sardines in olive oil, smoked mackerel rillettes, burrata with gremolata, and Savoie cured sausage – perfect for pairing with a spritz or a cold beer.
Finally, for the curious and the adventurous, we’re proud to offer a limited-time special on our “Orange Wine” – a biodynamic Austrian blend that’s crisp, bold, and beautifully food-friendly. It’s unlike anything else on the list, and a real conversation starter.
We’re open 365 days a year, one of the only places in the 3 vallées ; but this menu is here for the summer only. Come and taste what’s new.
