Summer has officially arrived in Méribel Village, and with it comes a brand-new menu at La Terrasse du Village.
Designed for sunny lunches, long evenings on the terrace and relaxed meals with friends and family, our new summer menu brings together fresh seasonal ingredients, mountain favourites and generous dishes made for sharing.
To start, you’ll find bright, summery plates such as heritage tomatoes with grilled burrata, melon with Savoie ham, smoked mackerel pâté, and fried calamari served with sweet chilli jam and lime aioli.
For mains, the menu celebrates quality produce and fresh summer flavours. Highlights include Charolais beef tagliata, confit cod, roasted farmhouse chicken supreme with charred peach, and spiced beetroot falafel served with homemade garlic flatbread, vegan basil tzatziki and pomegranate seeds.
Burger lovers are well looked after too. The Lodge Burger returns with a brand-new recipe, featuring a butcher-style steak made with 100% Rhône-Alpes beef, Meule de Savoie cheese, bacon jam and garlic mayonnaise. For something with a little extra kick, the Spicy Korean Burger brings together panko-breaded buttermilk chicken, gochujang sauce, Korean slaw and sweet potato fries.
If you’re after something lighter, our summer salads are full of flavour, from the classic Caesar salad to a vegan Levantine salad with spiced quinoa, roasted cherry tomatoes and toasted seeds. The crispy beef salad adds a Thai-inspired twist with Charolais beef, crunchy vegetables, chillies, sesame seeds and Thai dressing.
And because we are still in the heart of the Alps, our Savoyard specialities remain firmly on the menu. Enjoy a classic Savoyarde fondue, a truffle and wild mushroom fondue, or a local charcuterie board for the perfect mountain moment.
As always, La Terrasse keeps its weekly favourites going strong: Fish & Chips every Friday, Moules Frites & live music every Thursday evening, plus a children’s menu and a delicious selection of homemade desserts.
