At La Terrasse du Village in Méribel, we’ve launched our brand new spring menu, bursting with vibrant ingredients, seasonal produce, and alpine creativity on Friday 25th April.
🌿 What’s on the menu this spring?
Our spring menu is a celebration of light, refined dishes inspired by the richness of local ingredients and the freshness of the season. Here are just a few of our favourite creations:
– Burrata with heirloom tomatoes, tomato consommé and a delicate basil sorbet – fresh, creamy, and full of sunshine.
– Prawn & Monkfish Ravioli with a luxurious saffron beurre blanc – a silky, savoury delight.
– Crispy Pork Belly with compressed watermelon and homemade chilli jam – a perfect mix of sweet, salty and spice.
– Pan-Fried Sea Bream with mussels, orange quinoa, leeks and samphire sauce – bringing coastal inspiration to the Alps.
– Charolais Beef Tagliata with broccolini, almond pesto and parmesan – rich, flavourful, and perfect with a glass of red.
