Say Hello to our Winter menu

Featuring enticing new dishes that compliment the new season, our head chef Tom and his talented team have created a menu that showcases some of winter’s best seasonal produce.

Aubergine à la Libanaise

The menu explores new flavours, integrates exciting ingredients whilst keeping hold of some of the classics that work year round. After all, we’ve been in the business long enough to recognise when dishes become firm favourites, such as the much-loved Katsu Burger. The menu also features the return of some of our winter gems, such as the aubergine à la Libanaise and the Savoyard Tartiflette.

As Meribel’s only restaurant that is open all year round, our team is passionate about creating food that tastes delicious but also conscious of working in sustainable and ethical ways to protect the mountains we love so much. That is why it is important to us to ensure our ingredients are locally sourced wherever possible.

Dishes such as the Salade de Savoie uses fresh local ingredients including roasted savoie pears and Persil d’Albertville blue cheese. The beef we use for our famous Lodge Burger, or brand new Charolais sirloin steak is grass-fed, locally reared and prepared by our local butcher to minimise the environmental impact.

This winter, we are offering more veggie options than ever before. The new vegetarian scotch egg made with pea, broadbean, cress and wasabi is a must try, along with the za’atar spiced roasted cauliflower. There will also be a vegetarian or vegan plat du jour on offer everyday.

All dishes that use local ingredients are marked with the Savoie flag so you can make the conscious decision to choose local.

You can read more about our sustainability efforts and the measures we have put in place here.

The new menu is available as of Saturday 10th December for lunch and dinner, so what are you waiting for… Make a reservation today and try it for yourselves!
