Set in Méribel Village, in the heart of Les 3 Vallées in the French Alps, La Terrasse is an established restaurant and event venue with mountain views, a covered and heated outdoor terrace, an indoor restaurant and our bar and party venue, the Lodge du Village, just upstairs.
We host French and destination weddings in Méribel throughout the year, from long summer lunches and outdoor celebrations to snowy winter weddings and cosy autumn gatherings.

Summer weddings in Méribel

We don’t believe every wedding needs to follow the same formula.

Wedding Food at La Terrasse du Village
La Terrasse is first and foremost a restaurant, so your wedding meal isn’t something outsourced or added as an afterthought.
Depending on the style and size of your wedding, your main meal can be served traditionally at the table or in a more informal buffet or sharing format. Current menu examples range from roasted meats and fish to dishes such as wild mushroom and truffle spelt risotto, Lebanese roasted aubergine and chimichurri cauliflower steaks.
For something more relaxed, our BBQ menus start with everything from marinated chicken and Korean BBQ pork ribs through to locally reared Charolais beef, lamb, tuna, gambas and grilled vegetables.
From Welcome Drinks to the Last Dance
One of the big advantages of La Terrasse is that your wedding doesn’t have to stop after dinner.

Welcome your guests with drinks and canapés before settling in for lunch or dinner overlooking the mountains.
Dinner at La Terrasse
Choose anything from a relaxed Alpine feast to a more traditional wedding dinner, with wines selected from France, Savoie and further afield. We can also arrange a wine tasting ahead of your wedding to help you choose wines that suit both your menu and budget.
Then take the party upstairs
Once dinner is finished, the celebration can continue at Le Lodge Bar & Kitchen, our bar and party venue upstairs.
Le Lodge has its own bar, sound system, lights, lasers and projectors, creating a completely different atmosphere without asking your guests to travel to another venue halfway through the night.
Late-night food can also be arranged for anyone who suddenly discovers they desperately need chips at midnight. As tends to happen at weddings.
Live Music & DJs for Your Méribel Wedding
Méribel knows how to party and so do we.
La Terrasse has long been known for live music, with its own covered outdoor stage. For weddings we work closely with Après Ski Bands, giving couples access to over 150 professional wedding bands, acoustic musicians, DJs and other performers from across France and Europe.
That means your music can evolve throughout the day. And because the teams already work together regularly, organising the entertainment is considerably simpler than starting from scratch with multiple suppliers.

Our most comprehensive package, designed to take care of your guests from arrival through to the later stages of the party.
Packages can include combinations of welcome drinks, canapés, antipasti, mains, cheese, dessert, wine, prosecco, tea and coffee and late-night food depending on the option selected.

Private Hire & Exclusivity
We don’t charge a separate exclusivity fee.
Instead, full private hire is based on a minimum spend, which varies according to the time of year. ( Prices accurate at the time of writing – September 2026)
December–April
€12,000 minimum spend — Terrace & Restaurant
€16,000 minimum spend — Terrace, Restaurant & Bar
July–August
€8,000 minimum spend — Terrace, Restaurant & Bar
May–June & September–November
€5,000 minimum spend — Terrace, Restaurant & Bar
This spend is shared between you and your guests rather than being an additional venue-hire charge. For smaller celebrations, talk to us about the options available for your date.
Don’t Forget the Morning After…
Nobody says your wedding has to finish at midnight. For couples making a weekend of their wedding in Méribel, we can also host a post-wedding brunch at La Terrasse the following day. Our current brunch option includes dishes such as fruit salad, Scotch pancakes and Eggs Royale, Benedict or Florentine alongside Bloody Marys, Mimosas, Prosecco and orange juice.
